Each charity that registers with JaiDee App has their own profile page linked to by a unique URL.

You can find this URL within the charity admin page. It’s important to always include your join URL whenever you are communicating with supporters about JaiDee App, so they can sign up to support you in just 1 click.

Social Media

Once you have requested our Weekly Resources email you will be sent a selection of tweets and Facebook posts which are ready to use. All you need to do is add in your unique URL and you can get posting.

You’ll find your unique URL within the admin site, if you need help just contact your account manager.

In the Activity checklist one of the tasks is to download Tweet Deck. This handy tool allows you to schedule in all your tweets for the upcoming week, so as soon as they come in you can add them into this tool and voila! Your twitter feed will be updated automatically all week.

Each time you download one of our seasonal or mini campaigns you will also be provided with a selection of images that you can put straight into your social media feeds. Unlike emails this can reach out to new people which will hopefully bring you new supporters! Try to keep your social media updated with news of JaiDee App as often as you can.

Social media is a powerful tool which shouldn’t be underestimated!

Each month we provide charities with a marketing calendar. This gives you key dates to promote JaiDee App. Make sure to download and print yours every month from the toolkit to give you another guide to work from.

Share your join URL & encourage your colleagues to sign up!

Upload your charity logo to your account

Request Weekly Resources updates from the fundraising toolkit

Week 2

Branded Materials and Emails

Download Marketing Calendar from the fundraising toolkit

Send branded HTML email to your supporters including your unique URL, you can find this within the fundraising toolkit

Download your branded posters and flyers from the toolkit

Week 3

Campaigns and Social Media

Download our latest Seasonal Campaign materials

Download Tweet Deck to schedule tweets which are included in our weekly resources:

Add your new webpage to your site
