To request a password reset, please go onto the 'Log In' area and then enter your email address and press the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.
You should then get an email within the hour.
If you are not receiving a password reset email, please use the contact form below to contact us, providing your registered JaiDee App email address.
Please do not create a new account at this stage, as more than likely we will be able to resolve the issue for you.
It can take a password reset a short time to take effect in our system, so if you find that you can't log in immediately, can we ask that you try again after 30-40 minutes?
Whilst the clear majority of transactions do track, there are situations where something can go wrong. This can be for several reasons including anti-spyware, anti-virus or other protection on your computer might prevent cashback tracking back to your account.
To aid successful tracking on your computer, please consider the following points:
If you have tried all these steps and you are still experiencing issues, please feel free to send us a Support Ticket using the link below and we can try and advise further.
Cookies are just small bits of information that are stored in your browser. Many websites use them to offer a personalised experience, show advertisements, and to improve your customer experience.
The merchant’s website should behave the same via JaiDee App as it would if you were to visit the website directly. If you are experiencing a problem specific to a merchant's website, we would hope that this is only a temporary problem and ask that you try again shortly. As we hope you can appreciate, it can be hard for us to advise with regards to external websites as we feature so many. The only other thing that we can really suggest is that you try to clear your cookies for the internet browser that you are using or try on a different day. If this problem is persistent you could try downloading and using a different internet browser or if possible, a different computer to see if you encounter the same problem.
A web browser is the programme used on your computer, tablet or phone to view webpages. The most common browsers are Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. If you are experiencing tracking issues, it is often worth checking your browser settings or using a different browser.
To download the most common browsers, please use the links below.
If your transaction is eligible for cashback, not having validated your email before making the transaction will not affect the cashback eligibility of your transaction. The transaction should track as normal in the expected timeframe.
Whilst the clear majority of transactions do track, there will always be situations where, for instance, anti-spyware, anti-virus or other protection on your computer might prevent cashback tracking back to your account.
If this happens, then firstly – don’t panic. Please wait at least a week or two – as some transactions take a little while to be reported to us by the merchants. If at this stage, the cashback has not tracked to your account, simply lodge a 'Missing Cashback Claim' and we'll be able to investigate it for you. The claim form should only take a few minutes to complete – but you will certainly need your order number as supplied by the merchant you purchased from.
Having received your cashback claim, we will then chase up your cashback on your behalf with the merchants. The clear majority of claims are resolved successfully within 2 or 3 months. Even if your claim takes longer, we still expect to be able to resolve it in due course.
Please note that you will not be able to earn cashback from two websites at once, so using both JaiDee App and another cashback site will not double the amount of cashback you should expect to receive.
Firstly, we would suggest that you try by clearing the cookies on your computer.
The issue could also be related to anti-spyware or other protection software on your computer.
This protection software often seems to prevent computers from accessing the affiliate network sites, which are used to track your cashback.
To prevent this problem, you will need to look at the URL (site name) in the address bar of your browser when you get the blank page, and then allow that domain to be accessed by your protection software. This domain may look something like www.tradedoubler.com or www.[randomletters].com.
If these solutions aren't successful, we would suggest that you try accessing the links via another web browser or another computer.
It's a small browser extension that you can install which reminds you if you are on a website which offers cashback. The Cashback Notifier will appear as a narrow strip across your computer screen (usually at the top of your browser) When you search using Google. You will be able to see the rates on offer and click the bar to take you to the JaiDee App page for that offer.
But that’s not all! If you visit a website of a merchant that offers cashback with us, you will get an alert at the top right of your screen to remind you to shop via JaiDee App and earn your cashback in the process. Clicking this alert will also take you to the corresponding JaiDee App page.
The Cashback Notifier is currently available to download for Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. If you'd like to download the Cashback Notifier for your favourite browser, why not try the handy guides below.
Please note the Cashback Notifier is not compatible with some mobile devices, such as iPads.
Yes, it’s totally free to download and totally free to use. You will never be charged any kind of fee if you use this feature.
Yes. For us to ensure your cashback tracks to your JaiDee App Account, you will still need to visit our site and click through to the merchant from there as you normally would when earning cashback. We’ve made this nice and easy though – when you click on the Cashback Notifier alert it will automatically re-direct you to the relevant merchant page on jaideeapp.com and you can then click through from there. This is just to make sure you’re logged in to your account before you click through and your cashback therefore gets back to your account.
You do need to be logged into your account in order to earn cashback, even if using the Cashback Notifier. This is nothing to worry about though as we won’t let you forget to sign in! If you aren't signed in when you click a merchant's offer, you will see a prompt to do so.
No not at all. There won’t be any additional Spyware, Malware or Adware installed when you download the Cashback Notifier.
Merchants have to ‘opt-in’ or give us their consent to promote them via our Toolbar and as of yet, we’re still working on the ever expanding list. As we have 100’s of merchants this is proving to be quite a big job, but rest assured we’re aiming high and constantly recruiting new merchants to promote with the Cashback Notifier
At JaiDee App, we respect our members’ privacy, and we do all that we can to ensure that members’ data and personal information is well protected and used correctly.
We do not, under any circumstance, sell or give out personal information, including email addresses, to third party companies - except on a need to know basis. This would include situations such as chasing Missing Cashback Claims, for which the details will only ever be used for this purpose.
This is something that we take very seriously. To read more, please view our email and antispam policy here.
If you believe that you have started receiving spam emails from third party companies after joining JaiDee App, then please be assured that this is either coincidental, or is not due to input from us in any way. It could be that your PC has become a victim of malware or spyware which can detect you inputting your email address into websites when registering or logging in. Our website and mobile pages where you enter this information are encrypted for transmission from your browser to our servers, however spyware on your device can have access to all the keys you press on your keyboard. We would strongly suggest that you use a reputable antimalware/spyware/virus checker and change your JaiDee App password.
Another thing to consider is that some ‘spammers’ will simply try to guess valid email addresses by using common names and email prefixes, combined with common domain names, so it is perhaps worth using an address that may be hard for them to replicate.
If you are receiving genuine JaiDee App emails and wish to opt-out of any of these, then once you are logged in you can do so here.
If you are receiving emails appearing to be from JaiDee App but you suspect are not genuine, then please submit a support ticket.
We have noticed that some members like to use the ‘Remember Me’ function and auto-log in to their JaiDee App account.
To enhance the security of the sensitive personal information on your My Account, Customer Care and Pay-out pages we now ask you to use your log-in email and password before accessing this information for the first time during a new browsing session.
This change offers an extra level of protection for members who usually stay logged into their account, so that if anyone else has access to your computer your security cannot be compromised.
If you do not use auto-log in, then you will not be affected by this change.
